We repair ASUS ZenBook, VivoBook, ROG, TUF and ExpertBook laptops, along with ROG and ExpertCenter desktops, mini PCs and all-in-ones. Each ASUS model code, such as UX425 or G513, has its own page.

Finding your ASUS model number
The base label shows the model code, for example UX425EA. The first part is the family and the letters after it are the variant. If you cannot find it, call 020 7237 6805 and describe the machine; we can usually identify it from the label or a photo.
Repairs, upgrades and data recovery
Each model page lists the repairs that apply to that machine and says plainly what can and cannot be upgraded. Starting prices for the most common jobs:

Do you recover data as well as repair?
Yes. If the machine cannot be repaired economically, we can usually still recover the files from it. Our data recovery calculator gives an estimate in under a minute.
