HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-ca repairs and upgrades

Screen replacement

The 23.8-inch panel is the front of the whole machine. We replace cracked, dark or lined panels and check the backlight circuit, because a black screen on an all-in-one is not always the panel.

Memory upgrade

Most configurations of the HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-ca have SODIMM memory slots, so memory can be increased. We check what is fitted and the maximum the board supports.

Windows repair and reinstall

The HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-ca meets Microsoft's Windows 11 requirements in most configurations. We upgrade from Windows 10, which reached end of support in October 2025, or reinstall Windows 11 cleanly with your files kept.

SSD and storage upgrade

The HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-ca has an M.2 slot and, on some configurations, a 2.5-inch bay. Machines that shipped with a hard drive are much faster once moved to an SSD.

We also carry out motherboard repair, overheating and fan repair, virus removal on the HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-ca, along with stand repair, no-picture and no-boot diagnosis, port repair, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card replacement and data transfer to a new PC.

What we see on the bench

  • A black screen with the PC still running usually points to the panel or its backlight.
  • HP all-in-ones use laptop-style components behind the display, which is removed to reach most parts.

Data recovery from the HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-ca

The SSD in the HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-ca can be removed and imaged on our own equipment, so files can usually be recovered even when the machine will not start. Recent Windows machines often have device encryption or BitLocker switched on. If so we will need the recovery key, which is normally saved in your Microsoft account.
