Charging port and power repair
Depending on the configuration this charges through a round socket, USB-C or both. We test the adapter, the port and the charging circuit to find which has failed.
SSD and storage upgrade
The MSI Prestige 15 A10SC takes an M.2 SSD. We clone the existing drive to a larger one so Windows, programs and files carry over unchanged.

Known issues with the MSI Prestige, Modern, Summit and Creator range
- Prestige, Summit and Modern laptops are thin designs with a replaceable SSD; memory is soldered on some and slotted on others.
- The MS- chassis number on the base label is what we match parts to.
Data recovery from the MSI Prestige 15 A10SC
The SSD in the MSI Prestige 15 A10SC can be removed and imaged on our own equipment, so files can usually be recovered even when the machine will not start. Recent Windows machines often have device encryption or BitLocker switched on. If so we will need the recovery key, which is normally saved in your Microsoft account.
