Memory upgrade
On most configurations of the ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 OLED M3500, part of the memory is soldered and there is one free slot, so it can be increased but not replaced entirely.
Windows repair and reinstall
The ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 OLED M3500 meets Microsoft's Windows 11 requirements in most configurations. We upgrade from Windows 10, which reached end of support in October 2025, or reinstall Windows 11 cleanly with your files kept.
Battery replacement
A new internal battery is fitted and tested through a full charge and discharge. On a 2021 machine a worn battery is the likely cause of short runtime, and we measure its capacity before recommending anything else.

Charging port and power repair
Depending on the configuration this charges through a round socket, USB-C or both. We test the adapter, the port and the charging circuit to find which has failed.
SSD and storage upgrade
The ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 OLED M3500 takes an M.2 SSD. We clone the existing drive to a larger one so Windows, programs and files carry over unchanged.

Data recovery from the ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 OLED M3500
The SSD in the ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 OLED M3500 can be removed and imaged on our own equipment, so files can usually be recovered even when the machine will not start. Questions
Can the SSD or memory in the ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 OLED M3500 be upgraded?
The SSD can be replaced with a larger M.2 drive. Part of the memory is soldered, with one slot free on most configurations.
My ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 OLED M3500 will not turn on. Is my data lost?
Usually not. The drive is separate from the fault in most cases, and we can remove it and copy your files even if the machine itself is not worth repairing.
Where do I find the model number on my laptop?
The base label shows the model code, for example UX425EA. The first part is the family and the letters after it are the variant. For this model, look for M3500.
Can the ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 OLED M3500 run Windows 11?
Yes, in most configurations.
