A charger that only works at a certain angle means a worn charging socket. We replace it and test the charging circuit behind it.
SSD and storage upgrade
The ASUS ZenBook UX360 takes an M.2 SSD. We clone the existing drive to a larger one so Windows, programs and files carry over unchanged.

On most configurations of the ASUS ZenBook UX360, part of the memory is soldered and there is one free slot, so it can be increased but not replaced entirely.
Windows repair and reinstall
This model does not meet Microsoft's Windows 11 requirements, and Windows 10 reached end of support in October 2025. We can advise on the realistic options, including a lightweight Linux or ChromeOS Flex installation.
